You must delete the eSIM from the initial device before reinstalling it. To avoid the need to get another eSIM which involves some charges, do it properly; resetting the phone will not update our record:

For iPhone:


  • Go to Settings.
  • Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
  • Tap the plan you want to erase.
  • Tap Remove Cellular Plan.


For Android:

  • Open your phone's Settings app.
  • Tap Network & internet. Mobile network.
  • Select the eSIM you want to delete.
  • Tap Delete SIM.



If you no longer have access to the initial device, you can get a Flexiroam X-eSIM aa s replacement pack directly from the Flexiroam X App. Proceed to the Flexiroam X App > Home Page > Get Starter Package and select X-eSIM > proceed to Checkout. It will be added immediately to your account upon checkout. For activation, kindly proceed to Account >  X Manager > select Available or Tap to use or Tap to activate > select Replace, then proceed with the eSIM installation procedure.
