- If you purchased the eSIM using the App, then go to the Flexiroam App > Account > X-Manager > select "Available", "Tap to use" or "Tap to activate" > proceed with the eSIM installation.
- If you purchased the eSIM via our website, most likely the QR Code went to your email Spam/Junk folders.
